LEVEL 30 : I am at last at this level 30 so awaited !!! I literally flew towards Neriak to go looking for my new spells. Little likable bonus, I win also the skill Riposte that allows me to reply to an attack of the opponent by another attack, one more than my usual attacks. Here the list of my new spells : - Endure Desease : A resistance spell to diseases... Average... - Feign Death : this one, I like it very much. It allows me to simulate death !! I am therefore lying on the ground and everyone believes me dead, included monsters. This is very cool to do jokes to my friends (What ??!! Uen is dead ?? but how ?? Where is the monster ??). Ha ha ha Ha !! I laughed at it only yesterday evening while eating... - Gather Shadows : at last an invisibility spell, I will be able to make hell screenshots without being attacked, as: "The swollen face of a paladin in close-up" or "The small right toe of a hill giant". - Heat Blood : A damage spell in course of time, as "Engulf Darkness"... But but but ?? IT IS STACKABLE WITH ENGULF DARKNESS !!! Therefore, the two make damages in the same times... Super ! - Restless Bones : A skeleton level 16, this could be useful... - Voice Graft : I can speak with my skeleton ??? Funny if I am invisible... - Wave of Enfeeblement : A zone weakness spell, ha ha ha ha, I know some that will fume !! Here, I am again doing playing with all that, and after, I leave to discover the strange and wonderful world of Norath, count on me to bring back to you fabulous landscapes and terrifying monsters !! TROLL TOWN : As announced above, I have therefore decided to travel a little. My first trip will be the visit of the troll city named GROBB. This is an enough long trip on foot, for I must cross the RO desert and Innothule Swamp. Arrived in the north part of the desert. Not any problem here, I know. Head to south, I arrive in the Oasis of Marr... Oh !! The pretty crocodile ! A wild fight engages, for I need absolutely new shoes... The monster is dead, I am collecting my loot when Zwiiiiiiiiing !!! What ??? Who's casting spells on me ? I turn back.. Oh he the big ugly skeleton !! This is the first time that I see a skeleton that cast spells, this is beautiful... Fortunately, it is not very strong, besides it is already dead !! There is a small island with a big tower in the middle of the oasis, I decide to go in exploration... For not to be imbarassed by a ravenous fish, I make myself invisible. I approach soon on the island and I walk towards the tower... MOM !! I bless all Everquest gods to have thought make me invisible, the tower is kept by at least 4 Specters that are all red for me !!! RUN LIKE HELL !! Arrived in the south part of the desert. This zone seems easy for me, crocodiles and not too hard orcs, head to south. I enter at last in the famous Innothule Swamp, as you can see on the screenshot, this is a very good reproduction. But what is that thing ??? Ha ha ha !! A frog man (Froglok)... It cries CROA CROA and flee jumping... Farther, I meet a mushroom man (Fungus) very funny with his red hat. I walk beside a dock and I arrive at the entrance of a hole. A Froglok guard looks at me with its globulous eyes. I make myself invisible and I go in... I am in the GUK dungeon, really, this is the Frogloks city ! It's hard, there are Frogloks Knights and Warriors and Shamans and so on... The corridors are sprinkled with troll corpses... I decide to see if these beasts are to my reach. I engage the fight with a Froglok Knight, it is almost dead when it decides to flee !! Sure, I don't agree and I follow it... And there he is running on very small boards that span flooded canals ! And zut, if I follow it, this is sure bath, half-turn... Arrived towards the exit, CROA CROA CROA cause me to turn back. This is my buddy that invited its friends !!?? They are now 5 on me... RUN LIKE HELL, the frog thighs, this is not for this evening... I arrive at last in GROBB, the Trolls guards leave me pass without attacking me, long live the Drows !! This is very pretty here, there are cages everywhere with inside Froglok prisonners, the stores are dug in the rock, and there is even a vault !! Right away, I do a noting, this is not here that I could equip myself, one sells only large sizes... It is although funny to take a walk amid armored Trolls, I feel very small. I discuss with a troll, it learns me that CAZIC TULE, the city of lizard men is near. It adorned that one can find there the fine rubicite armor !! This settles it, my next step will be Lizard Town... |
