What a beautiful Gnoll !           As that, the shoes are less damaged           Air raid STORIES OF GNOLLS : As I already said it for you, there ares gnolls in Highpass. I worship these small beasts, because they push funny cries… I was therefore the other day in the process of hunting the gnoll with the following tactics : My skeleton keeps a place and I navigate around to mark eventual preys. I seen then coming a band of guys level 22-25 that begin to cross-rule the pass. With my usual kindness, I then require them what they are doing here : We are awaiting the named gnoll. Oh yes ? Why ? (Sure, why ?) It has a PGT on him... A PGT ? Excuse me, but what is this ? Polished Granite Tomahawk, a magic weapon that can be selled revend about 300PP. Gloups ! And there I am hunting the gnoll, escorted in permanence by one of these guys, the others covering the pass. All of a sudden, an message appears on ,y text display box : "zebn (my skeleton) is hit by Nibbik Melik for 15 points". I rush to help my poor skeleton that holds well the shock. The big Gnoll has effectively a very beautiful axe, and it knows how to use it... I charge, followed by the level 25 behind me, and the fight begins... To that moment, I decide that I will help to kill the Gnoll. All fighting, I con the beast... !???!? It is blue to me !!! This thing is less strong that me !!! Ok, will see that... Clinging Darkness, Drain Force and Harm Touch of 211 points in following !! The gnoll collapses to my feet under the disconcerted look of the other guy... While its buddies are coming, I realize that I have just taken experience !! Dead to laugh, these fellows were waiting for 1h30 the big gnoll and I butt it under their nose !! I lean to collect my loot... Waouuuuh !! The tomahawk, mail boots and some gold coins !!!!!! And I succumb, my drow nature took the upper hand... Good loot on this monster ! Grmffff…… What's more it was not very strong. Grmfff....... Did you see, this is cool this Harm Touch Harm of 211 points. Gargleeee..... Good, I leave you guys, I must test my tomahawk. Report : The group flees towards the zone, orcs ard blocking the way. I am dead... You ought to jump over to flee. Easy to say, I am a gnome !!! Then cross under the legs ? (dead to laugh) Report : Everybody flees. I am rooted ! ... Eh help, I am rooted !! ... Help, I am rooteeeeeeeeeeeed !! ... Good, I am no more rooted, I am dead… Report : The orcs are coming in force, everyone flees towards the zone. 1) The group flees, in the escape, the orcs cut down a player. 2) The remainder of the group zone. 3) The message comes : "Run !" 4) Response of the death: "too late. .." LEVEL 22 : Yes it is, I am level 22 !! Big desappointment, the spells are worthless. I explain. Convoke Shadow : I summon a skeleton level 11-13. It is destroyed in three blows !! Engulf Darkness : As Clinging Darkness, but stronger. Therefore I can now kill a fly. Ward Undead : Theorally, it injures the living-deaths. But as my skill "evoke" is to 10, I spoil 9 time on 10 !! Dead Eye : I can see invisibility... Useless. Dark Empathy : The only usable one, I heal someone giving him my life points. Spook the Dead : I do the living-deads flee... Bof ! Vampiric Embrass : drain life, this seems well at first. Unfortunately, I can drain only about 12 points in a fight. For information I have 600 life points and the monsters as much !!! Big desappointment therefore... Small consolation, the programmers are reviewing the Shadowknight class cause all the players fume... And I understand them !!! One more thing, I discovered that my mini-teleport (Shadow Step) allows me to cancel the effects of "root". Cool, and visibly, noone had thought at this, I made a big hit selling that!
